The diagnosis y treatment paradox the dental Class II and the skeletal Class III

Abstract

It is frequent that patients in mixed and young permanent dentition with a background of breathing shortage, show an aparent contradiction between skeletal class and the dental malocclusion.

These cases require an exhaustive study to stablish a precise diagnosis and be able to set a treatment planning which aims both fields,  and avoid complications in the change of dentition.
