Abstract

It is frequent to believe that the orthopedic treatments are long and unsuccessful. By this clinical case of 3 years of treatment we can
demonstrate how the early approach of the disorder and the control of the risk factors are the key to put our patient in morphofunctional conditions for an armonic and integrated growth. The stability of the results is shown in the controls after 4 years of finishing the treatment.
