Abstract

This case report presents a 12-year-old patient with lingual dysfunction and postural alterations, managed through a multidisciplinary approach including neurosensory postural treatment, myofunctional therapy with the Froggy Mouth device, and respiratory exercises. Significant improvements were observed in postural alignment, lingual function, and perioral muscle relaxation after six months, with favorable outcomes maintained at one-year follow-up.
